Banana Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ripe banana 1 Large, mashed
  Crunchy peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Milk powder 3 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sunflower seeds 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Blend the egg, honey, banana, and peanut butter thoroughly.
Stir together the dry ingredients, then combine them with the liquid mixture.
Drop by teaspoons onto an oiled cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350°F.
