Savory Bread Stuffing

Ingredients
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine / fat / salad oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 2 Tablespoon (Or Prepared)
  Diced celery 2 Tablespoon
  Breadcrumbs 3 Quart (Lightly Packed, Day Old)
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine the boiling water, butter, and onion, and simmer 5 min.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Stuffs body cavity of a bird weighing about 8 lbs minus head, feet and organs.
