|Sliced orange peel||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sifted flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Baking powder||5 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced brazil nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
Cook orange peel in boiling water to cover until tender.
Drain; let dry.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together; add sugar, nuts and orange peel.
Combine eggs, milk and butter.
Add to dry ingredients; mix well.
Pour into well-greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
