|Lemon cake mix||8 Ounce (1 Box)|
|Instant lemon pudding mix||3 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Poppy seed||1 Ounce (Use 1/2 Of A 2 Ounce Box)|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix the cake mix, pudding mix and poppy seed in a bowl.
Add the eggs, oil and water and beat well.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
