Apricot Nut Bread
|Firmly packed brown sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped dried apricots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Orange juice||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Packaged biscuit mix||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Combine the sugar, pecans and apricots in a bowl and stir in the egg and orange juice.
Add the biscuit mix and beat for about 30 seconds.
Turn into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
