Sourdough Cheese Bread
|Sourdough rolls/French rolls||3 , cut in half lengthwise|
|Finely shredded swiss cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Coarsely ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Place split rolls on broiler pan or cookie sheet.
In small bowl stir together all remaining ingredients.
Spread on split rolls.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat until light golden brown and cheese is melted (2 to 3 minutes).
