|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Shredded parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|French bread loaf||1 (About 18 Inches Long)|
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Slash bread on the bias in 1-inch slices, cutting to, but not through, bottom crust.
Spread butter mixture generously on one side of each slice.
Wrap loaf in foil.
Heat in moderate oven (350°) about 25 to 30 minutes or till hot through.
