1. Crumble sausage into 1-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every minute, until done; drain. Stir in chili powder, onions and eggs.
2. Cover tightly and microwave 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute, until set.
3. Fill each bread half with 2 tablespoons egg mixture. Arrange on each of two 10-inch plates. Cover each plate with paper towel and microwave on high 20 to 30 seconds or until warm. Serve with cilantro and salsa if desired.
