Nutty Banana Bread

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Crushed ripe bananas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Packaged biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cream the sugar and shortening in a bowl.
Add the eggs, bananas, biscuit mix and nuts and beat until well mixed.
Pour into a well-greased loaf pan.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
Remove from pan and cool on rack before slicing.
