|Plain flour||500 Gram (3 1/4 Cups)|
|Lukewarm milk||150 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Dry yeast||25 Gram (1 Packet)|
|Warm water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheese||100 Gram, grated (1 Cup)|
1. Sift flour in a bowl. Make a well in the centre. Pour yeast mixture. Cover with a dry cloth leave aside for 20 minutes.
2. Mix well and gently add the milk mixture. Knead well and add egg and cheese. Knead again, make a smooth dough. Cover and let it rise for 15 minutes.
3. Turn the dough out onto a floured board. Knead lightly. Place the dough in a well greased and floured baking tin 9" x 4" x 3" size and cover. Keep the tin in a warm place until double in quantity for 1 hour.
4. Bake in a moderate oven 1 90Â°C-350Â°F-gas mark-4 for 1 hour.
