Orange Wheat Bread
|Vegetable oil spray||1|
|White flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Acceptable)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Chopped unsalted dry roasted walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Dusting)|
|Grated orange rind||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Lightly spray a 9-x-5-inch loaf pan with vegetable oil.
Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir until moist.
Pour into prepared loaf pan.
Bake 55 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean.
Remove from pan immediately.
