Bread Stuffing

Ingredients
  Minced onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (stalks and leaves)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soft bread cubes 9 Cup (144 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Crushed sage leaves 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In large skillet, cook and stir onion and celery in butter until onion is tender.
Stir in about 1/3 of the bread cubes.
Turn into deep bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and toss.
Stuff turkey just before roasting.
