|Minced onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (stalks and leaves)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soft bread cubes||9 Cup (144 tbs)|
|Crushed sage leaves||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Thyme leaves||1 Teaspoon|
In large skillet, cook and stir onion and celery in butter until onion is tender.
Stir in about 1/3 of the bread cubes.
Turn into deep bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and toss.
Stuff turkey just before roasting.
