Olive Pizza Bread
|Slightly beaten egg||1|
|Pitted ripe olives||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in large pieces|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
|Instant minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
|Shredded process american cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Packaged biscuit mix||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Caraway seed||1 Teaspoon|
Mix egg, olives, butter, onion, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and cheese.
Set aside while preparing dough.
Combine biscuit mix and milk; stir to a soft dough.
Spread dough in a greased 14-inch pizza pan.
Spoon olive topping over dough ; sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Bake on grill (barbecue hood down to make an oven) over medium coals 20 to 25 minutes or till done.
Cut in 12 wedges and serve hot.
