Ingredients
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Pumpkin 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mazola oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1) Stir together dry ingredients and set aside.
2) Combine moist ingredients, blending well. Gradually add dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
3) Pour into 3 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
