Shredded Wheat Bread

Ingredients
  Bread mix 3 Pound (1 Package)
  Wheat biscuits 4 , shredded
  Fancy molasses 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Honey / Corn Syrup)
  Fennel seeds 2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast according to package directions.
Add crumbled wheat biscuits, molasses and seeds, then stir in enough of the bread mix to form a stiff batter.
Continue to work in more bread mix with hands.
Turn the dough mixture upside down on a board floured generously with bread mix.
Press all dough bits together and knead until smooth.
If you have a little of the dry mixture left over set it aside until later.
Turn dough over in a warm oiled bowl.
Stand bowl in a second bowl or pan of warm water if the room is drafty, and cover.
Let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch down and cut into 4 pieces.
Knead each piece on leftover dry bread mix or a little all-purpose flour and shape into loaves.
Drop into 4 oiled loaf pans about 8 1/2 X 4 1/2-inches.
Cover and let rise until doubled.
Bake at 375F for 35 to 40 minutes.
