Pear Bread

Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (At Room Temperature)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Plain yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Peeled cored chopped pear 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 9"x 5"x 3" loaf pan.
Cream together margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Stir together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and nutmeg.
Add the flour mixture, alternately with the yogurt, to the egg mixture.
Stir in the pears.
Turn batter into prepared loaf pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
