|Light brown sugar||1 Pound (1 Box)|
|Self rising flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)|
|Coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place all ingredients except coconut and pecans in mixing bowl.
Beat at med speed until well blended.
Do not overbeat (batter will be stiff).
Add nuts and coconut.
Bake in greased 13" x 9" pan at 350° for 35 or 40 min
Cool and cut into squares.
