Cheese Onion Bread
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Monterey jack cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, grated|
|Dried dill weed||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
1) Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together. Blend in the butter, until mixture becomes coarse, then add the Monterey Jack cheese, onions, and dill weed. Mix well.
2) Beat the milk and egg together and pour it into the cheese and flour mixture. Mix well.
3) Place in a lightly oiled loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
