|Biscuit mix||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Packaged Ones)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive topper||1 Tablespoon (Adjust as required)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine biscuit mix, milk, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, and parsley; stir just till dry ingredients are moistened.
Spread dough evenly in a well-greased 12-inch heavy skillet.
Spoon Olive Topper over dough; sprinkle shredded cheese and remaining Parmesan over all.
Sprinkle edges with paprika.
Place on hooded grill; lower hood.
Grill over medium coals till done, 25 to 30 minutes.
