Peach And Orange Tea Bread

Ingredients
  Dried peaches 4 Ounce, soaked overnight (100 Grams)
  Glace cherries 4 Ounce (100 Grams)
  Oranges 2 Small, rind grated and juiced
  Butter 2 Ounce (50 Grams)
  Self raising flour 8 Ounce (225 Grams)
  Soft brown sugar 3 Ounce (75 Grams)
  Raisins 4 Ounce (100 Grams)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Drain the peaches and chop with the cherries, using the double-bladed chopping knife.
Simmer the chopped fruit in the orange juice for 5 minutes.
Using the double-bladed chopping knife, mix the butter into the flour.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place in a greased l-kg/2-lb loaf tin.
Bake in a moderate oven (180C, 350F, gas 4) for 1-1 1/4 hours.
Slice.
