  Baguette/Other long french loaf 1
  Tomatoes 6 , peeled and chopped
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Green onions 6 , finely chopped
  Green peppers 2 , seeded and chopped
  Red pepper 1 , seeded and chopped
  Black olives 375 Milliliter, pitted and chopped (1 1/2 Cup)
  Capers 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Gherkins 3 , chopped
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Olive oil 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)

Halve the loaf lengthwise and scoop out the inside.
Place crumbs in a bowl with vegetables, olives, capers and gherkins, stir mixture well, add pepper then stir in oil.
Divide tomato mixture between 2 bread halves.
Reassemble and wrap firmly in foil.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cut into thin slices to serve.
