Diehl's Egg Bread

Ingredients
  Corn meal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Unbeaten egg 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sour milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Melted fat 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all except fat and egg.
Just before pouring into sizzling hot muffin tins or pans (square biscuit pan), stir in the unbeaten egg and melted fat.
Bake in a quick oven (400 degrees) until browned and done.
