Blueberry Orange Nut Bread
|All purpose flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Orange peel||1 Tablespoon, grated|
|Orange juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), canned|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Advance preparation: In mixing bowl stir flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, and 1 teaspoon salt together thoroughly.
Beat together eggs, milk, butter, peel, and juice; stir into dry ingredients just till moistened.
Fold in berries and nuts.
Pour into greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 60 to 70 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool well.
Wrap in foil and store overnight before slicing.
