French Garlic Bread
|Butter||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Black pepper salt||To Taste|
Cut the loaf, at about 2.5 cm./ 1 in.intervals, almost through to the bottom.
Mix the butter, garlic, salt and pepper to taste together, beating until smooth.
Spread the mixture generously between the loaf slices.
Wrap in aluminium foil and put into the oven preheated to hot (220°C/425°F or Gas Mark 7).
Bake for 20 minutes.
