Chocolate Tea Bread
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Orange juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Biscuit baking mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate square||2 Ounce, melted (2 Squares, 1 Ounce Each)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
In a mixing bowl, beat egg.
Gradually add sugar; mix well.
Add orange juice alternately with biscuit mix.
Fold in chocolate, nuts and vanilla.
Pour into a greased 8-in.x 4-in.x 2-in.loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until bread tests done.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack
