Tomato Bread Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Medium, seeded and diced
  Italian bread cubes 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Croutons)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 6 Ounce (1 Cup, Sargento Classic Supreme Brand)
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped basil 2 Tablespoon
  Balsamic wine vinegar/Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, bread cubes and Mozzarella cheese.
Add oil, basil, vinegar, salt and pepper; toss lightly.
Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
