Tomato-garlic Bread With Ham

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), halved
  Bread slices 4 (From Soft White Loaf)
  Tomato 1 , halved
  Ham slices 5 Ounce (150 Gram)
  Manchego cheese 3 Ounce, sliced (75 Gram)
  Tomato 1 , finely sliced
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Rub the cut face of the garlic all over the bread, concentrating on the crusts. Repeat with the tomato halves.
2. Sandwich the bread with the ham, sliced cheese and tomato slices. Season, halve and wrap securely. The remaining sandwich can be kept in the refrigerator for 1 day.
