Cranberry Banana Bread
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sifted all purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mashed ripe banana||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded orange peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh cranberries||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), ground and drained|
Cream butter and sugar; add egg; beat.
Sift dry ingredients together; add alternately with combined banana, milk, and orange peel.
Stir in berries.
Turn into greased 9x 5x3-inch pan.
Bake at 350° 60 to 65 minutes.
