Bread Stuffing For Turkey
|Liquid butter buds/2 tablespoons fat-free chicken broth||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Liquid butter buds||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soft bread cubes||9 Cup (144 tbs) (Wonder Fat Free Bread)|
|Lite salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Crushed sage leaves||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Thyme leaves||1 Teaspoon|
In a large skillet, in two Tbs.liquid Butter Buds or chicken broth, cook and stir onion and celery until onion is tender.
Stir in about 1/3 of the bread cubes.
Turn into a deep bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and toss.
Bake in the turkey or a casserole dish that has been covered.
If you bake in a casserole dish, bake at 325° 30 to 40 minutes.
