|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
Slice loaf, cutting just to bottom crust but not right through.
Melt butter and add salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Fan slices of bread apart, and pour a little garlic butter between each slice.
Brush top with any remaining butter.
Wrap in aluminium foil, heat on barbecue or salt, pepper and garlic can be blended into softened butter and spread on the cut slices.
Spread any remaining butter over top of loaf before wrapping in foil
