Basic Nut Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finley divided
Directions

In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Combine milk, egg and oil; beat well.
Add milk mixture and 1 cup nuts to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
Generously grease a 10-inch microwave-safe fluted ring mold.
Sprinkle remaining nuts over bottom.
Pour batter into prepared ring mold.
Microwave at MEDIUM HIGH (7) 9 to 13 minutes, rotating 14 turn after 6 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes; invert onto cooling rack.
