Super Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
  Buttermilk/Yogurt / a combination of both 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bran 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Arrowroot powder/Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins/Chopped dates 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Safflower oil 3 Teaspoon
  Grated zucchini 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl with seeds and raisins or dates.
Combine honey, oil, and buttermilk and stir into dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Stir in zucchini.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 325° about 1 hour and 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean.
