Orange Marmalade Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted
  Pecans 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped
  Orange marmalade/Or other flavor if desired 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°.
In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, and sugar.
Gradually stir in the eggs, milk, and shortening.
Stir in the pecans and marmalade.
Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake the bread for 1 hour or until a tester comes out clean.
