|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed (To Taste)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
Make diagonal cuts all along the French stick at about 1 inch intervals: cut well into the bread but don't slice it all the way through.
Melt the butter in a small pan and stir in the garlic and parsley.
Brush the garlic butter on each side of each cut in the bread until it is all used up.
Wrap the whole French stick in baking foil and heat it through for 10 minutes.
Unwrap and serve immediately.
