Beer Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Caraway seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Golden raisins 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Light beer 12 Ounce (1 Can At Room Temperature)
  Frozen egg substitute 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Add beer and egg substitute, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon into an 8 1/2- x 4 1/2- x 3-inch loafpan coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool on a wire rack.
