Ingredients
  Flour 1 Kilogram
  Yeast 15 Gram
  Salt 20 Gram
  Cold water 600 Milliliter (At Room Temperature)
  Bread improver 6 Gram
Directions

Put all of the above ingredients in the bread mixer to make the dough.
Let the dough rise for 20 minutes, then divide it into small balls of 50g.
Let the dough rise for another 15 minutes.
Then you can shape it into long or round loaves.
Switch on the oven at a temperature of 200°C.
Put the bread dough on the grill, let it rise and bake.
If you are making long loaves, you need to cut the surface of each one
