Streamlined Batter Bread

  Active dry yeast 1 Tablespoon (1 Package)
  Warm water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Liquid butter buds/2 tablespoon promise ultra fat-free margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar/1 1/2 tablespoon sugar + 2 packets sweet 'n low 3 Tablespoon
  Bread flour 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)

In a large mixer bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add Butter Buds, sugar, salt, and two cups of the flour.
Blend 2 minutes on low speed, scraping bowl constantly.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
Stir in remaining flour until smooth.
Scrape batter from side of bowl.
Cover; let rise in warm place until double, about 30 minutes.
Stir down batter by beating about 25 strokes.
Spread evenly in a pan that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray (9 x 5 x 3 size pan).
Smooth out top by patting with your hand coated with flour.
Cover; let rise until double, about 40 minutes.
Heat oven to 375°F.
Bake 45 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
Brush top with liquid Butter Buds.
