Cattail Dill Bread

Ingredients
  Warm water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Active dry yeast 1
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (at room temperature)
  Granulated sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Dill seed 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Place all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix.
Place in casserole and let rise in warm place until double in bulk.
Knead down into a ball.
Grease casserole well.
Place ball of dough in casserole.
Let rise until double in bulk and bake at 350°F. for 40 minutes.
