Ingredients
  Liquid butter buds/1 cup promise ultra fat-free margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Egg beaters 4
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Canned pumpkin 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Beat the first seven ingredients until smooth.
Add the water, flour, and baking soda.
Pour into three loaf or 1 lb.coffee cans, sprayed with non-fat cooking spray.
Bake for 55 minutes at 350°F.
