Cranberry Nut Bread

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs) (sifted)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine egg, milk, and salad oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened.
Stir in cranberries and nuts.
Turn into greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° about 1 1/4 hours or till done.
Remove from pan; cool on rack
