Moist Banana Bread
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bananas||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), mashed (2 medium)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 350°F (*325°F).
Grease a 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan. Set aside.
In large mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter with an electric mixer. Mix in mashed bananas and lemon juice. Add milk and eggs. Sift in flour, baking soda and baking powder. Blend well. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared pan.
Convection Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
