Pumpkin Dry Grapes(raisin) Bread

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked pumpkin/Canned pumpkin 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Unbleached enriched wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low fat milk/Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Beat together the oil, sugar, eggs, and pumpkin until light and
fluffy. Combine the flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt,
cinnamon and raisins in a bowl. Stir into the creamed mixture with
the milk or orange juice.

Pour into an oiled 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 40 to 45
minutes
