Honey Raisin Bread
|Whole wheat flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sultana raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Buttermilk/Sour milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Liquid honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Walnut halves||1 Tablespoon|
|Liquid honey||1 Tablespoon|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Mix flour, soda, salt and nutmeg thoroughly in mixing bowl.
Blend in raisins and chopped nuts.
Combine buttermilk or sour milk and 1/2 cup honey.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to b
