Crusty Whole Wheat Molasses Bread

Ingredients
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lukewarm water 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Active dry yeast 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Packages)
  Salt 4 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soft shortening 1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Combine milk, molasses and shortening in small saucepan and heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is almost boiling and shortening is melted.
Cool to lukewarm.
Measure water into large mixing bowl.
Add 2 tsp.sugar and stir to dissolve.
Sprinkle yeast
