Apple Cheese Quick Bread

Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened (1 Stick)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2 Large
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Double acting baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated apples 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Granny Smith)
Directions

In a large bowl cream together the butter and the sugar and beat in the honey and the eggs.
Into the butter mixture sift together the flours, the baking powder, the baking soda, and the salt, stir the mixture until it is combined well, and stir in the app
