Cinnamon Orange Poppy Seed Bread

  Stone ground whole wheat flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Raw)
  Dry non fat milk 2 Tablespoon (Non Instant)
  Poppy seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , lightly beaten
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unsalted butter 2 Tablespoon, melted and cooled
  Almond oil/Other cold pressed vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon

Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the flour, sesame seeds, dry milk, poppy seeds, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Stir until well blended, Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and stir into the dry mixture.
Mix just until blended.
Spoon the batter into an 8-inch nonstick loaf pan (or one that has been lightly buttered and dusted with whole-wheat flour) and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Set the pan on a wire rack and let stand for 15 minutes.
Turn the loaf out onto the rack and let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
