Cheesy Bread Kabobs
|Sharp american cheese spread||5 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon, softened|
|Sliced green onions and tops||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried tarragon||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Garlic powder||1 Dash|
|French bread slices||8|
Combine the cheese spread, butter, green onion, tarragon, and garlic powder.
Make two 4-layer sandwiches with the French bread slices, spreading cheese mixture between slices and on top and bottom of stack.
Cut each sandwich into quarters.
Using eight skewers, thread each sandwich quarter on a skewer.
Grill over medium coals till lightly toasted, 6 to 7 minutes.
