Fruity Tea Bread

  Strong tea 12 Tablespoon (Cold)
  Mixed dried fruits 500 Gram (Such As Raisins, Chopped Apricots, And Sultanas)
  Caster sugar 150 Gram
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Unsalted butter 30 Gram, melted
  Plain flour 250 Gram
  Soda bicarbonate 1 Teaspoon

Put the tea, fruits, and sugar in a large bowl and mix together well.
Cover and set aside overnight for the fruits to soak in the tea.
The next day, lightly grease a 1kg (2 lb) loaf tin and line it with baking parchment.
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl of soaked fruits and stir them in well.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared loaf tin.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the loaf comes out clean.
Cool the loaf for 10 minutes in the tin, then transfer it to a wire rack to finish cooling.
