Christmas Bread Ring

Ingredients
  Hot roll mix 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Candied fruits 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Peels 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Broken california walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Seedless raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Confectioners icing 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Prepare hot-roll mix according to package directions; add the candied fruits and peels, walnuts and seedless raisins.
When dough has doubled, (about 1 hour), divide in half.
Roll each half into a rope about 24 inches long.
On a greased baking sheet, twist the two ropes together to form a ring.
Cover and let rise till almost double (about 40 minutes).
Bake in moderate oven (375°) about 20 to 25 minutes, or till done.
When bread is cool, brush with Confectioners' Icing; trim with additional candied fruits and peels.
Confectioners Icing: Combine 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons milk and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla; mix smooth.
