Easy Prune Nut Bread

Ingredients
  Dried prunes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded orange peel 2 Teaspoon
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped california walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Snip prunes into greased 9x5x3-inch pan; add orange peel and juice; let stand 1/2 hour.
Add remaining ingredients; beat well with fork till blended, about 2 minutes.
Scrape pan after beating 1 minute.
Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool.
Wrap in foil; store overnight for best slicing.
